We accept by email, fax, or telephone. Our payment terms are major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX),
advance payment with check or money order, or Net 30 days with credit approval. When ordering via a credit card, please note that INFOS, Inc. will appear as the merchant name on your credit card statement. Please refer to the following details when placing an order.
Order By Fax or Email
We accept credit cards, paid in advance Check or Money Order, or approved customer Net30 orders via Fax or Email. Please include Bill-To and Ship-to addresses, telephone/fax#, email address, contact name, card information(credit card orders), and
shipping method (ground, 2nd Day etc..), along with order details. Orders can be in the form of a Purchase Order, our down-loadable order form, or printed or typed freeform. Fax orders to 315-826-7099, or email to sales@excessfiberoptics.com.
